Isle of Skye Photography Tours
The Isle of Skye is a wonderful place to take photographs, whether it’s landscapes, wildlife or action Shots. Kayaking is a great way to get to remote locations and off the beaten track to explore the areas and vantage points the other photographers can’t reach. It’s always good to paddle with the sole intention of focussing time and locations on photography to enjoy the process and get great results.

Our Isle of skye photoraphy tours will be based around what you want to do and what your interests and paddling abilities are. Trips will be planned to take into account the weather and light, but most importantly the focus is on taking the time to get the right image. We’ll look at techniques for getting the most out of your camera in the different environments Skye has to offer.

Kayak equipment: We can provide all the necessary kayaks, safety equipment and wet suits, though if you have your own suitable kit we’re equally happy for you to use that. We can provide neoprene water shoes but we find a pair of old trainers work well on the rocky shores. You will need to come along with a packed lunch and a smile.
Camera equipment: We don’t supply camera equipment other than a tripod. We do take our own DSLRs along with us on trips and can discuss with you the steps we take in protecting them.
