Introduction to Sea Kayak Touring
Our Introduction to Sea Kayaking Touring will introduce you to the freedom of packing your kayaking and heading off on a two or three day trip to explore some of the more remoter areas of Skye and the west coast. You will be guided through packing your kayak and the must have essential for any kayaking expedition before heading off on your mini adventure.

Our Introduction to Sea Kayak Touring trips leave from a variety of venues through out Skye and the mainland. The trips require some previous kayaking experience between beginner and intermediate level. We are happy to discuss the level required to take part in this trip with you. To get the best experience we recommend the three day trip, although we do offer a 2 day option for those who are limited on time. Our guides will provide you with a skills refresher including guiding you through packing for expedition kayaking. Through their expert local knowledge you will experience some of our secret camping spots with breath-taking views and the best opportunities to view some of our native wildlife.
What’s included in cost. We supply all kayaking equipment and clothing. You will be provided with a two man tent and sleep matt. Cooking set including gas and eating utensils.
What’s not included in cost: We don’t supply food as part of the cost but do offer fully catered at an extra £15.00 per kayaking day. Sleeping bags are not included in the cost but can be provided at an extra £20.00 per trip.
