Family Activities
At Sea to Skye Xperience, we offer family activities which we hope you will find both enjoyable and memorable. From exploring deserted coastlines to encountering the local wildlife with our guides who will share their enthusiasm for our amazing wild landscapes with you. We have also teamed up the National Trust for Scotland Ranger Service, who are able to provide ranger lead activities in the Lochalsh area.
We understand it’s challenging times, so we want to do our best to keep our prices affordable for you and your family. So, for 2023 we are capping our prices for most of our family activities at £200.00 per family. Please get in touch if you would like us to arrange a bespoke activity for you and your family
Sea Kayaking: Skye Spar Cave
Kayak to Spar cave from Elgol with a black drop of the Black Cuillin and the Small Isles before exploring this amazing cave which is inaccessible other than at low tide or by kayak. An ideal family adventure when the weather allows.
Sea Kayaking: Eilean Donan Castle
This is a great little Sea kayaking Taster Day Trip for both families and first time paddlers. Eilean Donan Castle is one of the most photographed castles in Scotland and has been the backdrop for countless block buster movies.
Sea Kayaking: Plockton Islands
The historic village of Plockton offers a great starting point for many of our trips with well kept gardens against a back drop of Duncraig Crags, it is definitely a place to visit or better still a place to go sea kayaking.
Overnight Mini Expedition
This trip offers you and your family an opportunity to experience the remoteness of the west coast of Scotland, with it’s secluded beaches and campsites.
